Today I’m posting a bit of a personal blog post for Throwback Thursday, and am not throwing it back very far at all… Only to last Friday!
Before officially going out on my own as a wedding photographer in London, I had the pleasure of working with my now good-friend Cynthia, the owner and amazing photographer at One-12 Photography. On Friday, she asked me to come help her out at an engagement session and said she’d take some new headshots for me, so I should get dressed up. Little did I know, it was all just an elaborate rouse to get me to a secret location!
We got to the little path in the forest and started setting up a vintage picnic setting for this “engagement session.” Cynthia asked me to sit in so she could test her lighting. Then she put some music on her phone, and I started hearing sticks breaking behind me…
I’ll let Cynthia’s amazing photos tell the rest of the story!
I’m a wedding photographer, so let’s be honest – I’ve been planning my wedding for awhile now!
But it’s finally official – we’re engaged!
We’ve had an amazing amount of love and support from our friends and family and our first week as newlyweds-to-be has been absolutely wonderful, we couldn’t be happier!
THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the morning such a success!
**Again, I do not take credit for any of these beautiful photos! For more by Cynthia at One-12 Photography, visit http://www.one12photo.ca/!**
