This wedding is definitely one of my favourites from the year so far! It’s not every day that you get to capture a wedding where your cousin is saying “I do!” to his stunning fiancé ;)

Getting Ready
It was the most picture-perfect day as we arrived to start Siobhan’s getting ready photos. The hair and makeup artist brought her own trailer to park outside (LOVED this so much!) and we got to work with all of the bridal details inside.

Then it was time for Siobhan’s “first look” with her dad! It was so incredibly sweet – she really is ‘daddy’s little girl’ and it didn’t take long to see how close their bond really is.

Siobhan even got a little white dress for her dog to do some photos since she couldn’t come to the wedding! So of course, we had to do some photos of them together.

Ceremony
When we arrived at Georgian Bay Golf Club, I was so excited to see my surrogate family! Ben and I grew up together, and his mom is my Godmother and one of the most important people in my life.
My parents were even there as guests – something that hasn’t happened since my first year in business. So, needless to say, the whole day had a personal touch that I don’t get at every wedding :)

It was a beautiful, sunny day. The guests were able to enjoy the ceremony from some shade of a tent. A beautiful view of Georgian Bay was in front of them!

Siobhan walked down the aisle with her dad and took her soon-to-be husband’s breath away.

The rest of the ceremony was filled with so many smiles and laughs! Before we knew it, they were officially married!

I knew beforehand that Ben wasn’t the biggest fan of having his photo taken. Something I hear a lot from grooms if I’m being honest! But more than once I heard him say that it was about the memories and I couldn’t appreciate that more.
You would never know from looking at their portraits. He and Siobhan looked like they stepped off the pages of a bridal magazine!

The staff from the golf club took us to the most stunning look-outs with the mountains and water in the background… I could get used to taking photos in locations like these ;)

Once the reception was underway, there were so many more laughs, stories, and happy tears being shared around the room.

The best man (and Ben’s little brother) gave the best speech of the night. He told a joke about Ben’s favourite hockey team, earning him a standing ovation! When speeches ended, we headed back outside.

The sunset was incredible. It gave the perfect backdrop for the newlyweds to share their first dance! The patio was surrounded with candles, and once the song ended, fireworks shot up over their heads. I’m obsessed with fireworks and really can’t think of a more perfect way to end a wedding!

Siobhan and Ben, congratulations again, and thank you so much for having me! Sending all of my love to wish you nothing but happiness starting your new adventure together xox
Those are absolutely stunning photos ❤️
Absolutely beautiful! Your pictures are stunning! Congrats Siobhan and Ben!!
